Cape Crusader

We love capes and ponchos at Nook Vintage and right now instore we have the sweetest vintage range from Scottish wool to Aunt Mabels knitting attempt for Joans graduation but heh she tried right !!
Pop your head in one and feel the warmth elope you. Like a big warm hug these woollens will warm the cockles of your heart.
Lots of colours and textures be a cape crusader and make a statement this winter in vintage wool.

Back to School

Mums send the kids back to school with a original vintage leather satchel and show off in the playground.
Alternatively they are a hit with the big kids too and unisex so a must grab item.
Have a few different sizes from ones to hold files to a few small treasures and they are all in the store right now.
Lots of great bags in right now for guys and gals from Oroton to Gladstones so come in and spoil yourself silly and do not forget we have layby.

Take the Bull by the Horns

Actually not sure where these horns came from but obviously some vicious beast who lost its battle but enough of that !!
We at Nook Vintage do not really do a lot of taxidermy but found these mounted horns recently out scouting and thought they had a quirky charm. Paired next to the vintage USA flag there is a wild west theme happening here....all we need is that cowboy to buy those tan boots (see previous blog insert to understand the joke ) and we're laughing.
Give your fireplace a hunting lodge theme for winter or use as a coat hanger in a hallway and I am not talking bull !!~

A Big Red Spot

We have a big red spot in our store but not of the annoying variety !!
This big red spot is full of amazing Pony Rider Industrial design cushions , wooden ladders and red stackable chairs and is such a focus as you walk in the front door.
Red pops !! Red is a strong bold colour and always a winner.
They say if you put red items in any store they are the first to sell and we are not silly as we know that sooooooo pop in and add a splash of colour to your cool pad and prove our theory true !!
