Seven Days too Long

We at "Nook Vintage" will be open this Monday and are planning to open seven days through the hot summer months but will keep you posted.

As always wanted to make it easy for our great customers to have the oppotunity to shop with us on their RDO.

So more great treasures will be in now for the start of a big week and no more spying through our window.

A Piece of History

Just had to put this on even though it is late at night !!
This amazing treasure is a true one off piece never to be found elsewhere and what is wonderful is that we are lucky to know the full history of these timber pigeonholes.
They are from circa 1920s and are from an old warehouse in Melbourne that used to sell plumbing tools etc hence the divisions on the pigeonholes (think elbows, nipples etc !!)
This is the sort of piece that you get excited about discovering as a commanding aesthetic . Measures approx 2 metres high and 1200 width by 500 in depth.
Heavy as hell and in a black and stencilled frontage this truly is a stunning set. Great size for all types of storage and would look brilliant in a warehouse space or retail.

Pretty Green

Soooo love this colour green right now and have just scouted an amazing meatsafe and an old imigrants trunk from Italy with the owners detials on and all the worn travel stickers !!

Bakery Drawers

Had a OMG moment when I discovered these way out yonder and it will be a very rare occurence to ever see anything like these again.
Stunning timber bakers drawers slot in to a metal framework on castors for easy movement.
Fantastic big heavy piece and would suit a kitchen, retailler or huge open warehouse space.
Drawers are clean inside so can be used for a mulitude of ideas from bread to clothing etc...
